WOMAD is your chance to experience the big wide World of Music and Dance with us. Set in the fabulous grounds of Charlton Park, this is the most multicultural event in the Oxfam festival calendar, with artists and performers from across the globe lined up to intrigue, educate and entertain you. Prepare yourself for flavours and tunes to titillate the most eclectic of tastebuds. At WOMAD you are guaranteed to discover something you love within a truly diverse line-up.

Facilities available

  • Secure camping
Oxfam has its own safe and secure campsite which is equipped with a marquee as a community space for our volunteers.
  • Hot tea & coffee
We also provide all volunteers with access to hot tea and coffee, hot showers and toilets, so it’s really every festival-goers dream!
  • Phone charging
We know that access to power on a festival site is usually tricky so we ensure access to free phone charging points in our marquee.
