    This was another rich and educative contributions to development. I like the discussion of what lays behind Theories of Change and the reflective article on priorities and demands of M&E in programs. They two discussions have “power” as a common denominator and have attempted to show how power tend to influence the direction and outcomes of development impact. Hope, this will draw interests for further dialogue in the development circles, particularly from the aid receiving end
